Well, we don’t have a walker or a crawler, but we do officially have a scooter! Ethan is finally somewhat mobile, so we finally own cabinet latches and baby gates.

scootForget the toys; he first went straight for the dumbbells. Like mama, like baby.

Other events from the weekend… It was a pretty laid-back 4th of July. We grilled with neighbors and headed home early for E’s bedtime. I also squeezed in a run and a few walks.

run Kev, E, and I also enjoyed a bit of pool time on Saturday, and I got to catch up a little of Game of Thrones (still on season 3 here) after E went down for the night.

poolWe wrapped up the weekend with a great lunch and even better dinner. Friends joined us for salad and blue cheese, caramelized shallot, and roast beef paninis.  Later, I cooked one of those curry packets I mentioned Friday.  Wow… so yummy, no picture, just trust me on this one.

Great weekend Tiff, and Ethan is SO adorable! I had a wonderful weekend thanks, loved being able to race again, and actually feeling good! Just shows what happens when you relax and don’t worry about it!

  2. Sounds like a good weekend, Tiff!

Yay for scooting! Hee. He’s so cute. E loves dumbells too – I had to hide ours in the pantry because it didn’t matter where I put them, he would find them. Sneaky boy.

    Sounds like a great weekend!

I found your blog through Crazy Running Legs. My son just turned 9 months on June 28th and he gets into absolutely everything!
