I neglected to photograph every crumb (let’s face it – y’all have seen bananas before), but I’m still checking in for another WIAW. I’m having the same breakfast and lunch most all week, and the snacks are pretty similar. Anyway… here we go!
Breakfast: ugly breakfast quinoa (I prepped this Sunday: 4 servings quinoa, 1 bell pepper and one onion sautéed in 1 TBS oil, added 5 TBS salsa, divided among 5 containers. Each morning I add one egg and one egg white and cook in the microwave.)
Snack: banana and spoon of pb
Lunch: Morningstar Farms black bean burger, sandwich thin, and salad (I ate the burger first because it smelled so good and was immediately disappointed in the remainder of my sad looking lunch. Must save best for last!)
Snack: Quest protein bar followed by decaf pumpkin spice tea
Dinner: beef n’ bean chili with a few too many unpictured crackers (Ethan and I visited my parents for a chili night – perfect for the rainy weather.)
Aaaaaaand since I’m prepping this up on Tuesday night, I’m off to hit the hay. Yawn!
