Happy WIAW Y’all! As I finish my coffee and Ethan finishes his nap, I thought I’d pop in to share a few eats from yesterday. Not all are photographed, but most all are quick n’ easy.
Breakfast – Post shredded wheat cereal, a nectarine, and decaf pumpkin spice coffee
Lunch – two wraps with refried beans, lettuce, salsa, and a bit of cheese (I wish I could say I took the time to microwave these and at least melt the cheese, but that’s asking a lot.)
Snack – Odwalla protein bar and the better half of a beer for happy hour after Ethan’s afternoon/evening meal (First post-preg beer!)
Dinner – chicken bake thing (chicken, olives, tomatoes, onion, pepper, spice, pasta, and white beans – pretty good, should have written it all down)
Dessert – finally finished off that apple pie ice cream (There shall be no more ice cream purchases in this house for a loooooong time!)
Snack – nighttime feedings call for extra fuel, so there was also a hearty piece of pumpkin bread enjoyed around 3 am
