Wanna’ know what I ate Wednesday? Worms. That’s what I ate Wednesday. Though I wish I was referring to those yummy, gummy confections, it was actually just a bad day. I could blame part of it on hormones, but most of it was just plain ol’ bad.
Enough of the negativity. WIAW is a blog-hop party, and parties are fun. Plus, it’s my birthday week. Let’s do this!
Pre-workout: rice cake with some peanut butter
Post-workout: protein oats with strawberries, raspberries, and Barlean’s fish oil
Snack: I planned to have plain Greek yogurt with fruit or granola, but the bad day got the best of me. I wanted comfort food (carbs), so I had a very hearty helping of Life cereal.
