I love all the comments on yesterday’s post. I know balance is important, and I’m so glad you all agree. I actually expected a little more backlash, so let me just say Thank You to all of you lovelies! In keeping with the “balance” theme, here’s my balanced WIAW. Thanks Jenn for hosting… again!
Pre-workout: rice cake
Post-workout: protein oats (oats, blueberries, vanilla whey protein, water, and Barlean’s Omegas <– amazing stuff!!!!)
Snack(s): 2 kiwis and a Babybel Light cheese… followed by 2 Kashi cookies (hungry!)
Dinner: leftover enchiladas from last night (TJ’s tortillas & sauce, lean beef, zucchini, onion, bell pepper)
Dessert: sooooo worth it
