  1. I’m not quite sure I’d be able to trust myself with that Breyer’s Thin Mint Ice cream in my freezer. I have a feeling it’d be gone within days! lol

  2. The mint chocolate combo is probably one of my favorites <3 I actually enjoyed some After Eight thin mints for dessert last night for the first time in a couple of years, and! I seriously need to watch myself around those or the entire sleeve could disappear without me even noticing.

  3. Those kashi cookies are delicious! I love the oatmeal raisin! And the icecream sounds good too….thin mints are definitely the best girl scout cookie flavor!

  4. MMMM that ice cream! And your lunch looks like the perfect combo 🙂

  5. I used to take Barlean`s – I had a lime flavor that was so good!
I only take calcium and folic acid right now.

  6. That ice cream sounds awesome – the chocolate and mint combo is second only to chocolate and peanut butter, in my mind 😉
Right now, I take a greens powder (as a multi) and fish oil capsules.

  7. Yay for ice cream! I always love when DQ has the girl scout cookie blizzards 🙂 I take a probiotic supplement from gnc every day and eat a lot of greek yogurt. I have a wonky stomach and I do think the probiotics help.

  8. Yumm that probiotic yogurt sounds yummy! I love the good bacteria too, haha 😉

  9. loved your post on balance and i completely agree. i love to eat healthy, but i would never deny myself something i was craving regardless of its its processed or not. i don’t believe in the whole “good food” “bad food”. food is just food and if you want it, eat it! life is too short!

and those enchiladas look amazing! i need to make some soon!

  10. Sweet potatoes really are quite ugly, aren’t they? It is a good thing that they taste SO good!! 🙂

  11. The Breyers Samoa version is crazy good, too! I can’t keep it in the house or it will mysteriously disappear as fast as it arrived.

  12. That ice cream sounds amazing!

All of your eats look fab.

    Happy WIAW 🙂

  13. Get in my face thin mints! I take my multi and I’m good, try to eat balanced to get the rest of my nutrients:)

  14. Oooh, I’m curious about the oil you use – is it similar to an “Udo’s Oil” blend?
You guys have all the fun ice cream flavours. Fun everything, actually. We have vanilla. That’s IT! 😉

I take probiotic capsules, C, D, a “raw” multi-vitmain, and if I’m eating animal protein or dairy, some digestive enzymes. When it comes to my health, I focus on supporting my digestion, which truly is the foundation for good gut health/overall wellness.

  15. Mmmm… looks good! Especially the ice cream! Love mint and chocolate flavored foods!

  16. I am obsessed with sweet potatoes and kiwis these days! Andddd don’t even get me started on that Thin Mint ice cream. I have it in my freezer right now… er… I had it. 😉

  17. Thin Mint Ice cream?! Why are we lacking all of the interesting flavours over here?
Just read your last post and couldn’t agree more. Denying yourself true cravings for the sake of clean eating won’t make you any happier. Isn’t clean eating a choice striving for a healthy life? That includes the soul, too, and it certainly benefits from some of those not-quite-as-healthy [ingredient-/nutrient-wise] foods. In fact, I’m doing my soul some good by munching on mint chocolate as I type :).

  18. That chicken looks so plain! Needs a little seasoning 😉

  19. Lauren says:

I want it all! The enchiladas look SO good- and I bet they were even better left over! My husband would flip out over that ice cream.

  20. liftsleepeat says:

That thin mints ice cream sounds delicious! I love mint choc chic ice cream <3…I think I need to go out and get some now ahah!

  21. cottercrunch says:

so glad you are still loving the barleans! it’s like omegas on crack. haha. And oh that ice cream, such a summer fav!

  22. That’s a pretty shot on the right of that sweet potato. Lol. 🙂

So I’ll admit that I hate Girl Scout Thin Mints, but I would totally go for Samoa or trefoil loaded ice cream!

I take magnesium right now but as soon as I get over my recent stomach flare I’m going to try to start a probiotic again. Fingers crossed that I don’t react like last time!

  23. Wait… Girl Scout cookie flavored ice cream?! Man, I’m behind the times! My boyfriend doesn’t let me walk down the ice cream aisle anymore (because he knows I’d want to buy everything I saw).
