Today’s WIAW is actually the Fiber I Ate Wednesday (FIAW). I didn’t really plan for things to be so fiberous, but I guess it just works out like that when you’re trying to up your veggies! As always, be sure to check out Peas & Crayons for other blogger eats n’ treats.
When I woke up in the morning, I went for a 3-mile walk and completed my Tracy Anderson month-six DVD (45 minutes). Except for some itchy legs during the walk, which weren’t as bad as this weekend, it felt pretty good!
Pre-workout: rice cake n’ peanut butter
Snack: microwave mug cake! Go make one… now. I used this vegan recipe, and it was great.
Other Snack: 1/2 a pack of these (Kev wanted to walk before dinner, and I needed something to last me until dinner!)
