I’m still off enjoying an extra-long holiday break, but I wanted to quickly pop in and share this treadmill workout. I completed it last week when I didn’t feel like my old routine. (Speaking of, I’m finally done with this routine. I really enjoyed it, but it’s time for something new!)
I started the treadmill at 4 mph, but if you’re not watching your heart rate, feel free to pump it up to a run. During the circuit, I brought the incline down to 3.5%. I also modified by doing knee pushups.
For the curls and overhead press, I used two 8-lb dumbbells, but make it your own. I followed this workout with some upper body strength training, including but not limited to plate raises, resistance band work, and wood choppers.
