Are you ready for some pigskin? (Do they even still use actual pig skin???) I sure am. Clemson plays Auburn in Atlanta on Labor Day Weekend, and I’m pumped for the Tiger vs Tiger action.
I have not purchased a tailgate spot for the year since Kevin and I usually bounce around to different areas. However, if I did have my own spot, I think these BBQ sundaes would be a staple. Brilliant!

What else would be at my tailgate? Good beer in a can. More craft brewers are looking to aluminum. In my opinion, draft >; bottled >; canned, but when boating or tailgating, canned is the way to go. Here’s a list of breweries using cans.
Although my closet is already filled with orange, I’ve been eyeing this dress for a couple months now. I’ve seen it in other collegiate colors, but who would want anything besides orange and purple???

By the way – Clemson Girl has a coupon code for 15% off this dress (and other items) on her blog today. Check it out!

Oooo I love that dress! I’m not even a Clemson alum, but those colors are PERFECT! Also, big fan of Sierra’s Torpedo!

Normal Sierra Pale is one of my go-to brews. Always good for most any occasion.

If that dress came in BLUE and orange…and I had discovered it 5+ years ago…I would have been the cutest thing at the UVA football games. [Well, tailgates. I'm not really in it for the game.]
Love the BBQ sundaes. There is a BBQ place here in Cville that makes something similar called a ‘slop bucket,’ complete with cheesy potatoes on the bottom. However, I think crumbled cornbread would work even better. Also, putting it in a Mason jar makes it classier, don’t you think?
August 17, 2012 at 12:28 pm
Agreed. I’m all about the mason jars!

Maybe you could find VT colors on another site. I’ve seen it a couple other places, but I can’t remember where. Then again, I haven’t seen it in maternity sizes.

I am SO ready for football! I can’t wait. I’m not so much a college fb fan but I am a die-hard Eagles fan and our fantasy draft is just a few short weeks away!

I told myself that I’d try to watch some NFL this year, but we’ll see how that goes.
August 18, 2012 at 8:07 am
I might be at that game!!! We must meet up. And I’m going to tell in advance, I’ll steal one of those jars!
August 20, 2012 at 7:13 am
I bet the game is going to have a good turnout. Sounds like a good time!

I’m ready for some Bama pigskin! Going to the opening game vs Michigan on labor day weekend at Texas Stadium
August 19, 2012 at 11:54 am
Haha I’m not much of a football watcher, but I like it when it turns into a social event
does that count?
August 20, 2012 at 7:12 am
Oooooh yes it does.
