Pair A: Good Things
This awesome soup. It’s more than good; it’s good for you! I made it in the slow cooker and almost followed the recipe. I used wheat berries instead of barley, and it turned out great! Check out EatingWell.com for the recipe.
Pair B: Yoga Poses
Here are my two favorite yoga poses, at least for now. (By the way, I’m not nearly as flexible as this first chick!)
I wanted to take pics doing these, but all the photos looked inappropriate. I’ll leave the photo shoots up to the real yoginis.
