Two For Tuesday

Though I actually have 4 things to share with you, but they come in pairs of 2. Plus, who can pass up an easy alliteration? Not me!

Pair A: Good Things

Kevin and I have found a new product we both love. It’s Food Should Taste Good‘s new chip flavor, Jalapeno Cheddar. They didn’t have this gem back when I did my giveaway!

We killed the bag.

This awesome soup. It’s more than good; it’s good for you! I made it in the slow cooker and almost followed the recipe. I used wheat berries instead of barley, and it turned out great! Check out EatingWell.com for the recipe.

Pair B: Yoga Poses

Here are my two favorite yoga poses, at least for now. (By the way, I’m not nearly as flexible as this first chick!)

I wanted to take pics doing these, but all the photos looked inappropriate. I’ll leave the photo shoots up to the real yoginis.

  2. LOVE triangle pose. And any of the twisting poses. All yoga in general just makes me feel so incredible though – LOVE it!

  3. My favorite poses are half pigeon and dancer’s pose. I do the half pigeon to stretch out my hams at the gym all the time. Definitely draws some weird looks from the other gym goers.

    Man I haven’t done yoga in months :( boo.. I want to get back into it, just as soon as I can move my arm again haha.

    No new products this week, but I haven’t been to Trader Joe’s yet to see what goodies they have :)

  5. Those chips look great – have loved all of the flavors so far. I like the pigeon pose b/c it feels SOOO good for my IT band and my sciatica/piriformis.

    • I’m surprised my latest “yoga for runners” routine that I found online doesn’t include pigeon. Seems like a good one for IT bands n’ such

  6. I love triangle but I also love reverse warrior.

    I’ve never been a fan of happy baby pose. I wish I liked it more but it always seems to hurt my spine!

    My favorite yoga poses are pigeon, shoulder stand, and happy baby! :)

  8. Oohh triangle is also a fav of mine. I think pigeon is my favorite. It’s such a nice deep stretch.
    I’ll have to keep my eye out of those chips. I’ve eaten them, but not that flavor. Sounds delicious!!

  10. Haha, I love alliteration too. In fact my post yesterday was titled: “Personal Pita Pizza”. I’m such a dork! Anyways, my favorite yoga pose is the pigeon pose because I get such a deep stretch from it. I also like lying still and practically faling asleep at the end of class as well! ;-)

  11. I recently discovered FSTG Jalapeno Cheddar too! They’re so soo good.
    My favourite yoga pose is King Cobra, but prayer twist is a close second.

  12. HHHmmmm, methinks I’ll have to find those delicious chips. Speaking of, I got a gigantic box of popchips that I’m nawing my way through and they are awesome!

    I miss yoga poses…sigh…

  14. I love food should taste good chips! The sweet potato ones are my favorite. I also love happy baby pose…it always makes me smile.
