While hopelessly searching for an account in a spreadsheet yesterday, I realized that whenever I hit CTRL+F to find something, I’d be much happier if Bono popped up and sang, “But I stillllll haven’t foundddd, what I’m lookin’ for…” instead of:
At least U2 is passionate about it…
Although Excel and I had our moments yesterday, I have to admit that it was still a pretty good day. My tummy wasn’t in the mood for a run, so I did yoga instead. This allowed me to (1) workout at home, (2) drink my own coffee (as opposed to the hot mud they serve at the office), and (3) have girl time with Leia.
Speaking of yoga… Last week was the first full week of my October goal. I want to do more yoga this month, which isn’t hard since I rarely do it. I’m still reaching for the goal, but frankly, I’m not going to worry about it. Here’s why.
- Stressing about yoga would kind of be counter-productive, wouldn’t it?
- Perhaps I find yoga to be relaxing because when I actually DO have the time & energy to practice, I’m generally less stressed. Make sense? It’s sort of the chicken and the egg thing.
There were two more good things that occurred yesterday that I have not yet mentioned…
4. I found my Ratatouille soundtrack and listened to it back and forth from work.
Yes, I still have the stuffed Emile.
5. I received some blog love and will be having a giveaway tomorrow. Check back to enter!
