I didn’t go too crazy with my workout yesterday, but it was good enough for E’s nap time. I completed this Tone It Up video, followed briefly with pushups and hip exercises. Mmmhmmm, welcome to the gun show.
Lunch: broccoli with this grain salad recipe (or at least my version of it, no avocado, dried dill, and wheat berries for quinoa – quite tasty!) but I followed up with a lil’ dark chocolate
Snack: the other half of that bun with a bit of pb not too long after lunch (guess it wasn’t too filling) and this not-so-healthy but oh-so-delicious Greek yogurt, the cafe latte flavor is such a treat!
Dinner: braised chicken, asparagus, and this homemade kale pesto (but I’m cheap and used hazelnuts instead of pine nuts, still tasty!)
