Whirlwind

‘Twas a whirlwind of a weekend. On Friday these things happened…

Oh, and I also had my longest stroller run to date, 5 miles!

On Saturday, my little family and I headed to Tennessee bright and early for the family reunion. I think most everyone was happy to meet little Ethan, and his great grandpop was obviously excited for the visit.

I felt badly for not staying longer, but E really doesn’t travel very well. He only sleeps in the car when you don’t want him to, not when you need him to, like on trips. Ahh, such is life.

We were all so exhausted on Sunday that the whole fam took a 2-hour nap when we got home. It’s a good thing we rested; there was soccer to be watched that evening. Go USA!

usaI’ll be back tomorrow with WIAW eats and later this week with a bit more about stroller running. I think I get more questions about that than anything else. Running mamas know what’s up. ;)

How was your weekend?

My little one and the back seat rarely get along for short trips. Sigh…

Looking forward to the stroller running post :-)

  3. Running is hard enough without pushing a stroller — I don’t know how you mommas do it!

  4. Oh, I love family reunions! We haven’t had one in so long, but I think it’s about time we change that!

  5. Nice job on the stroller run- I can start taking my baby in the stroller next month. Then I can just go whenever and it’ll be a lot better than waiting until hubby is off/home. Mmm, I’m so obsessed with the cinnamon roll Quest bars!

  6. Woah girl, you run and push a stroller? You are a super MOM!
