It’s time for another WIAW post – woohoo! Thanks Jenn for hosting. Did you know there were 148 linkups to the party last week? Geeze! Lots of fun eats to check out, eh?
Breakfast: vanilla whey protein oats with half a pear and some cinnamon
Lunch: quinoa, broccoli, cauliflower, and chickpeas topped with soy sauce
Snack: hunk of pumpkin gingerbread & decaf pumpkin spice tea
Dinner: my favorite rice pilaf (pecans, wild rice, dried fruit, celery, onion, etc.) and broccoli (Yesterday it was paired with green beans, so excuse the photo.)
Dessert: 1 Lindtt truffle and a hot chocolate from my new Keurig (thanks Mom)
Tuesday wasn’t much better than Monday from a nap standpoint. Ethan must just be going through a phase (I hope) because this kid hates naps at the moment.
You know what I hate at the moment? My gym. I tried to bring my cheerleader in with me again, but they said I’m not allowed to do that. Since I’m not ready to leave him at the nursery yet (mainly just because of germs), I turned around and left. I still got a 2.5-mile walk and 3 sets of pushups in at home though before he woke up super hungry.
