Yesterday was so long. Anyone else? It passed so slowly for me. Luckily it’s hump day, or bump day for me since I’ve got a doc appointment this afternoon. Yippeeee!
Without further adieu, let’s get on with the WIAW eats! I totally carb-overloaded yesterday, but hey – sometimes it happens.
Breakfast: pre-workout half banana with a lil’ pb, post-workout Good Belly, egg sandwich, & remaining half banana
Snack: my favorite decaf coffee & a homemade cinnamon pop tart (recipe coming soon!)
Lunch: Indian food over quinoa and a Babybel Light cheese (Tasty Bite Indian food packets I’ve tried in the past have been really saucy, which makes them great over quinoa or rice. This one was well spiced but lacked sauce, thus making lunch pretty dry.)
Snack: protein shake with frozen banana, unsweetened almond milk, and choc chips
Dinner: veggie lasagna! (Side note, buy this sauce. It’s not the best to eat over plain pasta, but if you’re cooking something like lasagna or stuffed shells, this is cheap, low-calorie, and has a relatively respectable ingredient list.)
Dessert: some chocolate ice cream with a few more chocolate chips (Leia is pictured because she’s cuter than ice cream. I love this friggin cat!)
