Hiiiyaaa! Thanks for all the encouraging comments on yesterday’s post. As you can imagine, I’m pretty eager to see the doc tomorrow. Tomorrow marks one week off from exercise, and though I’m not feeling better yet, it’s certainly not getting worse like it was.

First Breakfast: prenatal vitamins with DHA and a little Good Belly drink
Second Breakfast: whole wheat bagel paired with Trader Joe’s pb I brought from home (I’ve had an Einstein Bro’s gift card since November.)
Lunch: calzone with black olives (This was so good. I knew my team at work was going out to lunch, so I thought it’d be a basic restaurant where I’d get a boring salad. Nope – when it was announced we were going to Mellow Mushroom, I just haaaaad to splurge!)
Dessert: delicious pear from my monthly Harry & David fruit-of-the-month delivery
Wow, that’s a lot of eating out for me since the pear wasn’t even picked up at the grocery store or farmer’s market. Oh well… these days happen. The rest of the week will be a bit more predictable and hopefully a lot more nutritious!
