Hello! Yesterday I was a hungry hungry hippo. No really, I was pretty hungry, and I’ve been feeling very much like a hippo, especially during Monday’s swimming workout.
Anyway… enough animal talk. Here is a little food-focused recap of yesterday, better known as What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW), which happens to be filled with summery foods.
Post-workout: TJ’s organic cereal (the one that’s like Honey Bunches of Oats) with unsweetened almond milk and delicious cherries (I chose this cereal because of its folic acid… and because it’s delicious!)
Snack: a little Good Belly drink (seriously, go buy this) and a chia bar because I was still hungry
Snack: to counter my carb-heavy eats, I went for a Quest bar, but then I got hungry again before Kevin got home from work and went for some watermelon (aka: my body double)
