Happy What I Ate Wednesday, Y’all! Thanks Jenn for hosting another blogger eats n’ treats linkup!
I was seriously dragging yesterday. I got my workout in before work, but I was struggling to keep my eyes open all friggin’ day. My body let me know just how tired I was when round ligament pain flared up during an after-dinner walk with Kevin. Ugh! As soon as we got back to the house, I was threw on my pajamas and just counted the minutes until ice-cream o’clock, which happens to be around 8 pm.
I promise I didn’t just eat ice cream though!
Pre-workout: brown rice cake
Post-workout: Kashi GoLean Crunch, unsweetened almond milk, grapefruit (plus prenatal vitamins with DHA)
Snack: chia bar
Lunch: Flatout pizza with side salad
Snack: two lemon blueberry muffins, made with Chobani lemon Greek yogurt (I updated my recipe for these.)
Snack: cherries! and a few crackers (My Harry & David fruit of the month was delivered today, and I couldn’t wait to dig into these babies. cherries = love)
Dinner: tofu stir-fry with quinoa
Dessert: all-natural cookie dough ice cream (The ingredients are “natural” enough, but they’re still super processed. Either way, they also happen to be super delicious.)
