As you know, it’s time for another WIAW (What I Ate Wednesday) post. Yaaaaay! This one is more of a What I Ate and Ate and Ate Wednesday. I’ve been totally ravenous lately, as you’ll notice.

Breakfast: strawberry, plain Greek yogurt, and cereal parfait
Snack: Quest Bar (160 calories, 17 fiber, 2 sugar, and 20 whopping protein… I’m impressed)
Lunch: I packed a salad, but when my colleagues said they were going to Panera, I joined in on the fun. Now if only I had been able to turn down that fresh, warm baguette…
Snack: protein carrot raisin muffin and a Vitatop later
Dinner: crock pot cashew chicken (The chicken was great, but I want to tweak it again before posting a recipe. Hopefully I’ll get it juuuust right next week.)
Snack: ice cream! I just couldn’t help myself, especially after waking up hungry in the middle of the night the last couple of evenings. This helped. ; )
- I’m loving that ice cream. What have you been loving lately?

Haha even if I pack a lunch, I can never turn down going out for lunch either.
Also that ice cream sounds amazing. Lately I’ve been loving homemade Irish soda bread!

I was thinking of making some of that this weekend. Wish me luck!

I totally have those days where I’m just starving all day! I’m in love with Quest bars and their nutrition facts. Can’t get enough of the Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough!

I haven’t tried that one, but I want to!

I go through plenty of days where I just can’t seem to get enough food… I just take it as a sign that I have the metabolism of a cheetah
A cheetah who’s seriously been loving salsa and guac lately.

lol. The title of your post is awesome. That was totally me yesterday. Couldn’t satisfy my hunger!! I’ve been loving Quest bars, too. The stats are incredible, and while some people aren’t a fan of the texture, I actually really like it.

Looks like a good balance of snacks and meals to me! Do you just feel overly full with more snacks or something? Why do you think it’s a problem?
And I can’t wait to see your recipe for the cashew chicken!

I am loving hummus right now

Love the post title! Haha. And I so know what you mean about those Panera baguettes. Those things are too good.

They really get you when you walk in and smell all that fresh bread. Mmmmm!

I can never turn down panera OR the baguette. Who goes there and doesn’t have one? Seriously

Quest bars sound amazing- everybody is talking about them! And yay for a little ice cream… sometimes you just need it.

The title of this post totally cracks me up!! Oh, and that is definitely one of my ideal lunches from Panera. Yum!

Ravenous days? I hear you on that one. These past weeks my appetite has seemingly been neverending despite me not being any more active than usual. Upping my meals has been helpful at times in the past, though. Ice cream is something I’d never give up on either – nor chocolate.
Cleo is adorable! How old is she?

Well at least you had good intention with your lunch right? There is no way I could say no to eating out with my friends, lol.
I really want to try those vitatops, especially the choc one, was is as good as I HOPE it is?
You know I’m so lucky I never was crazy over ice cream, so I totally can not relate to your midnight cravings, lol. Or omg, people who eat ice cream in the dead of winter, AHHHH….
