As promised, here’s Tuesday’s followup. This workout, which I do on Fridays, covers back, biceps, and core (BBC). Like the other chest, triceps, and core workout, this one utilizes a lot of supersets. I rest for 30-40 seconds between sets, but take what time you need. I hope you like it!
Here’s the specially marked move. I perform this one while sitting on a stability ball. I think it’s a pretty good one either way.
Like I said, these two workouts aren’t a substitute for cardio under normal circumstances, but they’re great in times of need… or on one of those days when you just can’t make yourself get on that dreadmill.
