This month What I Ate Wednesday (WIAW) goes green.
Now on to the food…
5:30 a.m. – rice cake
7:45 a.m. – protein berry oats (cooked at home and left in the car for my post-workout meal)
10:00 a.m. – hard boiled egg and a few baby carrots (plus about 7 almonds a couple hours later)
12:30 p.m. – canned tuna, sauerkraut, quinoa, spinach, & broccoli (the mix wasn’t as good as Monday’s mix)
3:30 p.m. – snap peas, 1 rogue broccoli floret, and pomegranate Chobani
6:00 p.m. – banana bread Vitatop (got home from work and was totally famished)
7:00 p.m. – chicken, bok choy, spices, and brown rice (deeeeelish!)
There ya have it. That’s a lotta’ green!
