It’s time for yet another What I Ate Wednesday post. Last week I attempted to clean up the diet. I did pretty well. Over the course of the week, I took my GNC Total Lean shakes at snack time, kept dinners simple, and averaged about 1,500 calories per day. Naturally, M-Th had lower calories, and they spiked a bit F-S. Relatively speaking, I kept it pretty steady.
Breakfast = pre-gym rice cake, post-gym EAS protein shake + medium/large pear
Snack = grande cafe au lait with skim milk
Lunch = Asian-style salad (lettuce, cabbage, snow peas, baby corn, edamame, lite ginger dressing, bell pepper) + orange
Snack = 14 almonds, granola bar (vending machine splurge), GNC Total Lean shake
Dinner = mediocre soup + slice of whole wheat bread
Snack = Eat Think Smile Bar (chocolaty, un-pictured goodness) + chips (why did Kevin have to get those out?!?!)
