Yesterday was a mix of eats. Some were very bad. Very very bad. They’re getting coal in their stockings.
Oats with TJ’s vanilla hemp protein is a bad way to start the day. The not nom-licious salad wasn’t so great either. Come 4 p.m., I needed something better. Insert skinny decaf peppermint mocha here.
Dinner also helped make up for the bad eats. Kevin and I had leftover crockpot, pulled, salsa chicken with veggies.

No matter what your noshing, here’s a festive way to burn some of it off. I created a “12 Moves of Christmas” workout to celebrate the season. I also made a dumbbell tree in Paint. I know – the workout wouldn’t be the same without it.
It doesn’t actually go to the tune of the song except for #5. That’s everyone’s favorite line, so it was worth working into the rhythm. Enjoy the workout, and if you want a video of it, be sure to let me know by the time I try it out Thursday morning. Have a great Tuesday!
- Do you ever make a terrible meal but out of frugality/laziness/etc. you eat it anyway?
